Yes. We provide free, on-site written estimates so you get a real scope and a clear number for your project, not a vague phone quote. We would rather see the space and price the job you actually want.
Yes. For additions, structural work, decks, and other permitted projects, we prepare and pull the building permits, coordinate any zoning or historic approval, and schedule the inspections under the Massachusetts State Building Code. Managing that is part of being your general contractor.
